Retail (Non-Inventory)

This application is designed for companies that do not have a standard retail process but are required by Macedonian law to sell products or services through retail. It ensures compliance by generating and printing fiscal bills using the integrated fiscal printer.

Retail sales are processed without maintaining inventory in a dedicated retail warehouse. Instead, items are sold directly from the wholesale warehouse, with transactions recorded as passing through the retail warehouse. All necessary financial postings are accurately recorded, and all legally mandated documents and reports are generated in compliance with regulations.

Setup

The application setup is straightforward. Users should first configure the payment methods to be used in retail transactions. For each payment method, a separate customer card must be created. Additionally, Inventory Posting Groups need to be configured. Alongside the standard Inventory Account field in the Inventory Posting Setup, the inventory account for postings in the wholesale warehouse must be specified. The fiscal printer must also be set up before using the application.

Functionality

All retail transactions are recorded in the standard Item Ledger Entries and Value Entries, making reporting simple and enabling the combination of retail and wholesale transactions in a unified view.
